Humana Senior Product Launch and Marketing Strategist in Aberdeen, South Dakota

Description

The Sr. Product Launch and Marketing Strategist helps create impactful content and implement innovative launch strategies across various channels to accelerate business objectives.

The right fit for this role will bring exceptional communication skills able to grasp and translate complex topics into compelling, digestible narratives; and a detail-oriented project manager who strategically aligns partners to deliver against clear Product, Sales and Marketing Communications objectives.

This role will require key partnerships across corporate Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product development and other functional teams. This role is critical in driving successful product launches both internally and externally to our audiences including Sales, Agents, Employers and Members.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop Product positioning and content

  • Collaborate closely with functional teams to create and drive Market activation plans

  • Lead key launch initiatives across our Commercial Product portfolios to deliver new enhanced products to the market

  • Help plan and influence external marketing campaigns and develop sales collateral and content in partnership with the Group Marketing team

  • Influence impactful Sales training and communications

  • Optimize our launch process based on continual feedback

  • Help develop standards, processes, and tools to drive greater efficiencies in how we work and operate as a cross-functional team

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years Project, Product or Program Management experience

  • Healthcare or Insurance experience

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Comprehensive knowledge Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal & external key stakeholders

  • WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

  • Healthcare marketing experience

  • Sales support experience; development of value proposition messaging & marketing plans
