Manage all operations with the goal of providing Bel Americas with the products corresponding to defined standards (quality, cost price, deadlines), respect the local regulation, the group policies and best practices. Represent General Management for the Operations of Brookings for the missions that he has been assigned to ensure the management of human resources of the operational departments as well as the security of people and equipment.Management:- Receives all economic and financial data concerning the plant and controls it through a proper system. Responsible for administrative and accounting operations related to everyday management of the plant. Checks for accuracy and compliance with the Group's interest and the standing law- Supervises production, packaging, maintenance, warehouses (raw materials and finished products) and shipments. Takes necessary action to achieve the highest level of production (examines work, organization, space etc.)Responsible for the environmental impact of activitiesResponsible for the regulation complianceHuman resources:Manage the personnel and be aware of working conditions, hygiene and on site security.Proactively manage employee relations and maintain positive labor relations.Responsible for the optimization of the organization of manpower, the management mode of the teams and skills management.Quality, Environment and safety:Responsible for the quality of products: deliver products in conformity with the specifications and in line with Bel Group standardsResponsible for guaranteeing the Quality Ensured System according to the selected norm FSSC22000Responsible for the implementation of the environmental and safety Group policiesResponsible to realize monthly reporting accordingly to the defined Group rulesResponsible to comply with the CSR pillars objectives of the Group Investments and Maintenance:Define requested equipment for the plant and the appropriated specifications according to framework memorandum and Group proceduresAccountable for the investment budget and planningResponsible to define the yearly maintenance budget Industrial controling:Responsible for controlling and reporting on capital expenditures.Responsible for building a budget for the industrial costs in accordance with the country, zone and group objectives in accordance with the budgetary process of the Group. Minimum education level and/or equivalent professional experience needed:- Engineering degree, plus 10 years of industrial and management experience or equivalent desired- Strong written and oral communication skills; English required, French a plus- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary and cross organizationsStrong internal and external stakeholder's relationship management and ability to communicate effectively with local authorities, local and country administrations for food industry to comply with regulations.
