Description

C & B Operations, LLC has an opening for an Office Administrator at its location in Miller, SD. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in the areas of customer service, financial, personnel, sales, parts and operations in this fast-paced John Deere Dealership. The position reports to the Store Manager, and works closely with the other managers and employees. If you have a passion for customer service and like variety in a fast-paced work environment, then this is the job for you!

Essential Duties:

  • Enthusiastically greets visitors and answers phones.

  • Tracks vacation and hours to timely submit for payroll.

  • Prepares bank deposits and balances cash receipts, credit card receivable accounts.

  • Assists Store Manager with Accounts Receivable collection.

  • Maintains accounts payable records.

  • Assists new hires with required documents.

  • Assists with benefit administration.

  • Assists store manager and sales personnel with administrative requirements.

  • Any other duties assigned by the store manager or HQ operations.

Qualifications

Education

Required

  • High School or better in General Studies

Licenses & Certifications

Required

  • Valid Drivers License

Experience

Required

  • Ability to use standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Good people and communication skills.

  • General Accounting knowledge.

  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.
