  • The role of the Talent Operations Manager is to support the Head of Talent Operations in ensuring operational excellence across all areas of Global Talent. This role is reporting to the Head of Global Talent Operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Reporting and Analytics : Developing and tracking analytics for Talent areas in collaboration with the Global talent Leadership Team; Develop and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly enterprise reports on Talent activity (i.e Global Talent Dashboard, diversity metrics, Talent Acquisition effectiveness, etc.); collaborate with the HRIS and HR Operations team to elevate data collection and reporting; and collect and report on talent insights to allow for informed business decisions as they relate to talent.

  • Vendor & Budget Management : Weekly/monthly/quarter vendor relationship meetings, SLA development and monitoring, ROI reporting, invoice payments and management of vendor enhancements, including associated end user training.

  • Project management : Participate in leading special HR initiatives such as HR M&A projects, ad-hoc Talent projects, and compliance (Talent related) projects.

  • Talent ops : Audits, planning and coordinating surveys, policy audit and management.

  • Other ad hoc activities required to provide operational support to the evolving Talent team

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 3 -5 years of experience

  • Advanced analytical, HRIS and budget management knowledge and capabilities

  • Ability to critically analyze an issue using data and process-based evidence

  • Organization and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and delivery deadlines

  • Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal external partners and vendors

  • An innovative, forward thinking mindset and approach to building customer-focused solutions

  • Leadership of meeting and strong communication skills

  • Agility, ability to adjust and be proactive in a consistently changing environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Sense of urgency

  • Experience with process diagraming

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics functions

  • Experience with Workday

  • Prior exposure to HR and Talent.
