Summary:
Recruiting is a core strategic lever of Facebook. The ability to find, attract and engage with best-in-class talent is critical to the continued success of our business. In order for Recruiting to be successful and effectively carry out its strategic mission, Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators, Cross Functional teams and Leads/ Managers must be equipped with the technical and professional skills required of their role and level. Recruiting Learning is looking for a Learning Program Manager to help create, organize and deliver customized training offerings that will provide continuous development opportunities for our Recruiting community. This position will be responsible for partnering closely with Recruiting leadership, Recruiting subject matter experts, Recruiting Learning’s Instructional Design function and Cross Functional teams who can provide necessary input when it comes to curriculum design, development and delivery. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Global Recruiting Learning Manager.
Required Skills:
Partner with Recruiting leadership, functional and Cross Functional partners to understand the learning needs of our Coordinators and Candidate Experience team globally and for North America
Establish and maintain a development competency framework in global partnership for the Candidate Experience organization, ensuring strategic alignment with other role specific competency frameworks
Partner with global Recruiting Learning leadership, functional aligned resources, Recruiting leadership and other critical stakeholders to prioritize learning needs for the purpose of establishing a Recruiting Learning roadmap
Partner with instructional design resources to establish curriculum for various audiences and roles within the Recruiting organization that provides development opportunities at each career stage
Program manage the implementation of high priority learning projects for Coordinators, Candidate Experience team, Hiring Managers and other roles or populations as needed– from ideation through design, delivery, measurement and ongoing maintenance
Execute (including facilitation) learning offerings for Candidate Experience team and other teams as needed
Drive adoption and manage the delivery of the resulting learning interventions
Manage measurement activities aimed at understanding the impact of learning interventions
Contribute to measurement reports that are shared with Recruiting leadership and other critical stakeholders on a quarterly basis
Drive continuous improvement into existing Recruiting Learning processes, operations and learning interventions
Operate programs across various learning modalities including, but not limited to instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, e-learning, job aids and knowledge management hubs
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years experience working on or with learning teams
7+ years of project or program management experience
5+ years experience delivering training
Experience influencing and motivating across different seniority levels including senior management
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in or with Recruiting organizations
Experience building Coordinator or Candidate Experience specific learning content or interventions
Experience building hiring manager training
Experience partnering with the Recruiting community to understand and address learning needs
Experience delivering training within a Recruiting organization
