Job Description

The Manager, Delivery Assurance will oversee a team that is responsible for monitoring CSOD partner-led deployments. Your team will oversee a portfolio of client implementations being delivered by CSOD-certified partners, holding those partners accountable for successful implementation and ensuring a smooth transition to Client Success. The Delivery Assurance teamwill monitor the partner deployments and track the completion of several key Quality Checkpoints while working with the partners to resolve escalations and processes impeding project success. The primary responsibility of the Delivery Assurance team is to ensure both Partner and Client success.

In this role you will…

  • Assisting in hiring, on-boarding, development, and certification of Delivery Assurance team members.

  • Supervising team member activities and assist them in handling first line escalations during implementations.

  • Provide expert guidance in Cornerstone project governance and product functionality.

  • Work with partner and client project managers to ensure compliance with Quality Checkpoints, for example projects are tracking on schedule, project delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW

  • Communicating status to both partner and client

  • Provide counseling to partner and client resources, particularly during client escalations, attending Executive Steering Committee meetings as appropriate

  • Defining and tracking remediation plan for issues causing poor project health

  • Identifying and aligning key resources to execute remediation plan

  • Deploying and overseeing Wellness Program to correct escalations as needed

  • Recording all Wellness Program deliverables

  • Act as a liaison for sales and partner-managers by tracking and providing partner implementation success data.

  • Ensure client can serve as a reference upon project completion

  • Ensure team members maintain Quarterly Core Release and Delivery Assurance Certifications

  • Travel is less than 10% for this role

  • Evidence of successfully managing a portfolio of client implementations simultaneously without compromising the client experience

  • Working knowledge of HR policies and Talent Management best practices

  • Ability to boil down complex technology concepts and resolutions to C-Level Executives

  • Prior experience managing 3rd parties during client engagements

  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

  • Passion for multi-tasking between many customers
