As a Manager in our Talent Services team at Sevenstep focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), you will take ownership of the creation, optimization, and execution of talent attraction and engagement strategies for our clientele focused around DE&I, which includes some of the best-known and most successful companies in the world, ranging from project-based RPO to enterprise engagements including several Fortune 500 organizations. No matter what industry, vertical, and level we are sourcing and recruiting against, our goal is to ensure that we are bringing the most up-to-date and thoughtful DE&I strategies and technology to our client’s attention.

We are seeking interested candidates based on Colorado to come onboard in a virtual/remote setting. Our client dedicated teams are on the cutting edge of recruiting, delivering quality candidates for the hardest-to-fill positions around the globe. This global, virtual network is supported with all the necessary tools and technology to foster collaboration and ensure both client and employee satisfaction.

As a Manager within Talent Services (DE&I) , you will:

  • Define, design, and implement strategies to address client-led inclusivity goals

  • Design, compile, and analyze metrics to assess impact of client-driven strategies and initiatives

  • Deliver metrics against pipeline performance and diversity recruitment advertising channels to impact annual program planning

  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders

  • Create and deliver DE&I-related trainings and roundtables for hiring managers and key client stakeholders

  • Conduct external market research to stay current with latest strategies by leveraging external trends, data, and techniques

  • Identify trends and leverage competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing tactics for our clients

  • Partner with our client’s head of recruitment technology to identify tech solutions to positively impact DE&I business objectives

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships at both a national and local level with schools and universities, veteran and military organizations, workforce centers, disability organizations, and diversity-focused groups to build awareness of our client’s hiring efforts in various markets

Ideally, you will:

  • Possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an internal recruiter, with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing company (RPO), or staffing agency

  • Possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience creating and delivering recruitment strategies, specific to DE&I, including but not limited to passive sourcing, campaign creation and management, and other advertising tactics

  • Hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, be a Veteran with an honorable discharge from military service, or have relevant experience in lieu of a degree
