Sirius Computer Solutions Practice Operations and Enablement Specialist in Pierre, South Dakota
Responsible for executing on internal Services projects for the Business Innovation and/or Security practices, where the projects do not require external customer facing project management activities or deliverables. Executes activities of designated Services projects and associated personnel to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frames, resource constraints and funding parameters. Responsible for the execution and maintenance of Practice Operations programs while escalating potential risks, deadlines and milestones to manager. Works within Practice Operations to maintain and execute initiatives related to the recruiting, onboarding and rewarding/developing/retaining of Business Innovation and/or Security employees across Pre Sales and Professional Services.
Communicates with Services LOB leadership, Pre-Sales, Delivery Management, Consultants and other resources related to Services initiative activity, enrollment, status and results.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Works with Operations & Enablement Managing Director and Practice leaders to execute program initiatives, schedules and logistics activities.
Maintains and Executes Practice Operations programs including Onboarding for Pursuit and Delivery, SA (Solution Architect) Training, and practice Brainshark library/collateral. Communicates with Practice LOB Managers, Pursuit and Delivery new hires, and SAs on training program availability.
Executes special projects by completing industry, vendor, location and partner research.
Orders/acquires/ships materials necessary for initiatives.
Partners with HR Recruiting team by coordinating quarterly headcount needs and tracks progress. Communicates hot practice openings needing additional support and attention.
Researches data and produces analytics and summary information to run the business. This may include competitive data, LOB retention data and forecasts, optimization analysis, efficiencies and avoidances metrics for headcount retention and onboarding.
Basic Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technical field
At least five (5) years of work experience supporting IT Pre Sales, Professional Services or Training and Development functions
Other Position Requirements:
Ability to create, manage and update practice dashboard metrics from programs
Proven ability to complete work that requires a high level of attention to detail
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a Remote/Corporate/Regional team environment where remote communication is a must
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite products
Microsoft Project Experience
Proven organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously, including flexibly changing priorities as needed
Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
At least three (3) years experience with recruiting, onboarding new hires and/or supporting employee development programs
Experience in related project/program management or maintaining medium to large projects that involve coordination of multiple resources, vendors, subcontractors and financial budget administration
Three (3) or more years work experience in an IT reseller environment
Project Management Certification
Demonstrated customer service skills

The position exists to execute on projects and initiatives for nationwide Services practices. As such, this role requires the ability to travel to and from Sirius offices and other locations for meetings and events.
