We are actively seeking a Program Manager to join our team!

Work Responsibilities:

As the Program Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate. You will collaborate with partners across the organization to drive consistency and ensure we deliver a great client experience. You will drive conversations that enable IT to deliver business outcomes and communicate the health of our services.

  • Multitask. You will develop and implement project schedules to meet deadlines, all while ensuring your projects deliver outstanding quality. Plus, you will present in ongoing client meetings to ensure client satisfaction. Identify barriers to change and accept and manage ambiguity/complexity in programs/program, and effectively guide teams in dealing with change barriers and program constraints.

  • Take ownership. You will lead, direct and oversee all aspects of your projects, including an understanding of client support, creation of Statements of Work (SOW), and how to achieve business objectives and goals. Lead IT project delivery by ensuring the solution delivers on the success criteria. You will build mitigation plans anticipating dependencies and risks, actively re-plan with business and IT teams, and reset expectations throughout planned deliverables. You will resolve critical issues and perform root cause analysis for positive results.

  • Be a leader. You will empower your team to find successful solutions. You must have experience advising the day-to-day operations and teammates to fulfill lifecycle services at the client sites. Direct technical team in the translation of business requirements into practical IT solutions, which can be implemented and satisfy client needs. Direct project managers to use the commonalities/differences within the team members’ goals, values and problem-solving styles to generate multiple alternatives in leading group to achieve a result and monitor for effectiveness. Ensure program impact does not negatively impact or interfere with others.

  • Be challenged. Your job is always evolving as a Program Manager. You will present MSS and our services to our clients, managing expectations and setting them up for success.

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Combination of 12 years of relevant education, IT, and project management experience.

  • Experience with general technology areas, including, business intelligence, analytics, and operations systems lifecycle services and enterprise systems.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including, but not limited to, Office, Project, Project Server and SharePoint.
