How will you make an impact?

The ideal candidate will have proven agrigenomics market experience in developing content and marketing initiatives that maximize audience engagement to create and maintain a strong demand generation funnel. Success will require navigation of a global, matrixed organization to gain stakeholder alignment and the ability to manage complex projects that span multiple teams on time and within budget.

What will you do?

  • Lead the strategy, planning, development, management, and promotion of unique and compelling customer-centric marketing campaign.

  • Drive strong funnel in new customer acquisition, deepen engagement and motivate customers to take action through demand generation initiatives.

  • Develop and execute the global agrigenomics multi-channel integrated marketing plan including value proposition, customer segmentation, sales enablement, and marketing mix across all geographies and market segments.

  • Assess competitive landscape, segment growth potential and lead annual planning process.

  • Work across division to ensure a customer-centric go-to-market approach.

  • Lead and support a team of regional marketers to implement near- and long-term marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives.

  • Create and curate segment-specific content to drive awareness, demand, and conversion

  • Define and manage against key performance indicators to gauge performance against goals.

  • Enable sales with robust opportunities funnel, sales tools and training.

  • Evaluate, refine and optimize marketing initiatives, to strive to meet best-in-class performance.

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on go-to-market initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvement in core marketing capabilities.

How will you get here?

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree in a science discipline, marketing or business required.

  • MBA or Advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • 6+ years marketing/content marketing experience required.

  • Proven agrigenomics market experience in developing content and marketing initiatives.

  • Strong marketing acumen and experience in developing marketing strategy including customer segmentation, competitive analysis, value proposition, communication channels, marketing mix, campaign development, and staging and pacing of tactical programs.

  • B2B and life science experience a plus.

  • Experienced in leading and navigating of a global, matrixed organization to gain stakeholder alignment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to manage complex projects that span multiple teams on time and within budget.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

  • Practiced in change management principles and methodologies.

  • Able to build relationships with key individuals necessary for collaboration at all levels.

  • Approximately 25% domestic and international travel.
