The Go to Market Customer Service and Sales Automation team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our customers maximize the business benefits that they get from using our Customer Service and Sales Automation solutions. We are uniquely placed to work with Pega’s most innovative customers all over the world, expected to quickly become a trusted advisor, and then ensure that they are successful.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

As a Customer Service and Sales Automation GTM Excellence team member, you will deliver content, messaging and enablement materials for horizontal solutions to vertical markets and specialized sales teams. You will create strong cross function collaboration and alignment with Pega sales as well as product marketing, delivery and many other internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Be the subject matter expert for Pega Customer Service, Sales Automation and CRM solutions

  • Coordinate Customer Service and Sales Automation go-to-market efforts between horizontal, vertical and regional teams.

  • Develop sales plays and formulas that address the needs of Customer Service and Sales automation buyers within given verticals and within given regions

  • Enable success in the sales and delivery of Customer Service and Sales offerings through high-quality product, feature and value proposition training content

  • Create, review and deliver product demonstrations to effectively differentiate the product offering

  • Generate market awareness and provide direct support for sales opportunities

  • Participate in analyst relations activities, including attending and presenting at key analyst events

  • Conduct market analysis to identify key opportunities and threats

  • Work closely with product management to impact product direction, possible new features, functions and technology to be included within the solution

  • Measure and manage impact of marketing activity on the customer lifecycle, bookings and revenue

Who You Are:

You’re a results-driven product marketing professional excited about Customer Service, Sales Automation and CRM solutions. You are a knowledge seeker, continuously pursuing, trialing and dissecting the latest technologies. Most importantly, you are an outstanding communicator; a writer who enjoys developing messaging that will connect and resonate seamlessly with key stakeholders.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred

  • 7-10 years of professional experience, with 4+ years’ experience with Customer Service, Sales Automation or CRM solutions

  • Strong writing skills with experience building impactful content including; white papers, interactive product demos, webinars, videos and case studies

  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record working in a highly technical and B2B focused products and solutions

  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external customers to drive results

  • Experience communicating with sales teams, customers, prospects, analysts, and internal management

  • Data driven marketing approach, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits

  • Strong analytical skills, an attention to detail, and an overall “can-do” attitude
