Playing a key role in growing Pega’s business in an assigned vertical, you will drive and facilitate partner related sales support. This includes driving sell-with and sell-through activities for our direct field sales force. What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Evangelize and market Pega's products, solutions to create awareness and mindshare for Pega’s strategic applications and platform with key alliances partners

  • Work with Pega partner managers and partners to identify new product sales opportunities for Pega within partner’s customer base

  • Support partner business development efforts that promote the creation of sales pipeline

  • Facilitate and support introductions between partner sellers and Pega sellers and support on going sales efforts from both throughout the sales cycle.

  • Evangelize partner solutions within assigned vertical sales team

  • Work integrally with the assigned vertical sales team to execute on sales strategies, account penetration and opportunity development with partners

  • Support on-going cadence between select partners and sales leadership to ensure both parties meet or exceed sales targets

  • Identify, establish, and develop key executive relationships within the partner organizations including leadership, service delivery, architecture, practice development and solutions development functions

  • Ensure selected partners are capable and qualified to deliver successful implementations

Who You Are:

You are an expert relationship builder and can develop strategic partnerships that generate mutually beneficial revenue for your company and the alliance organization. You understand the global system integrator ecosystem and have demonstrated success by influencing closed revenue or sourcing opportunities through these partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 9-15+ years of experience in large, complex enterprise IT and software sales

  • Consistent achievement against targets

  • Deep experience working with global consulting firms and system integrators

  • Extensive working relationships with partners such as, EY, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, and other systems integrators

  • Capable of demonstrating Pega’s products and performing “vision creation” with alliance partners and customers

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

What You've Accomplished:

  • Over achievement in related sales targets through channel and or alliances partners.

  • Successful managing strategic relationships with a partner, and using that to help engage in new business

  • A track record of successful go to market support with partners.

  • Being able to articulate solutions to a partner network, and showing the value of business for them

  • Worked in sales teams with multiple stakeholders involved, working collaboratively to complete a task and deliver exceptional results.
