Job Description:

Plans and executes marketing initiatives including search, email marketing, social and online advertising campaigns, as well as collaborating with interactive team on website development to insure SEO optimization. Makes recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies, and identifies strategic partners.

Job Description:

  • Drive platform strategy, development, and optimization of Envista’s digital commercial platforms to include, but not limited to, eCommerce, marketing automation, loyalty, CRM, web site presence, as well as its multi-channel growth strategy across paid search, SEO/ASO, SEM, community/influencer development, email marketing, mobile, etc.

  • Enhance customer experience and engagement utilizing digital platforms, online marketing tools and campaigns to drive sustained preference and sales growth.

  • Drive adoption, conversion, and retention of online customers towards eCommerce platform(s) and online engagement/transaction

  • Oversee conversion performance optimization. Lead the development of content, campaigns, and optimize performance metrics.

  • Establish processes to optimize media spend across digital channels, including SEM (Paid Search), Product Listing Ads, Display, Native, Video and Paid Social Media.

  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability in alignment with KPI’s.

  • Identify and drive enhancements to digital marketing campaigns that maximize eCommerce conversion rates and growth of the digital channel.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • 10-15 years’ experience in leading strategy and development of digital marketing, eCommerce, and growth enablement platforms.

  • Experience in healthcare industry, medical devices preferred.

  • Proven track record as innovative leader with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

  • Familiarity with key digital marketing topics: Email marketing, Web Analytics, CRM, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, CMS, localization, and paid social media.

  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills in complex environments; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate others at all organizational levels and across multiple operating companies.

  • Action oriented with demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
