Youth and Family Services SFP Program Assistant/Data Manager Full-Time in Rapid City, South Dakota

Ability to work with people of all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Transport children as assigned and be willing to submit to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with performance standards and the Substance Abuse/Misuse Policy for Safety Sensitive Positions and Employees Driving Children. Current liability insurance and a valid driveris license required.i Essential Functions: Answer multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly manner, record, and distribute messages accurately and efficiently. Assist the Program Manager, Family Coaches, and other program staff. Operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, and other common equipment to an office environment.i Maintain and order program office supplies. Maintain a functional system for family and program records and produce appropriate reports as requested. Assist staff with letters, flyers, promotion material, and other productions when necessary. Track purchase orders through the finance office and track receipt of merchandise and services. Provide and update monthly program calendar. Maintain confidentiality as it relates to information about children, families, and other staff members. Assist with data collection, including applicant characteristics, performance measures, local evaluation measures, and stories. Enter program operations, enrollment, and participation data in nFORM as needed. Assist with preparation of quarterly reports to ACF. Coordinate with local high schools and outside groups in scheduling Healthy Relationship curricula. Assist with internal scheduling, referrals, filing, scanning, data entry, and other related tasks. Provide computer technical assistance for staff and participants.Additional Functions: Receive visitors and callers in a friendly manner, determine their interest, and provide the information needed or direct them to the best possible resource when necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Support all activities, programs, and services of YFS.Act in accordance with purpose, philosophy, values, goals, policies, and procedures of YFS.Environmental Functions: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Perform duties in a controlled office environment and remotely.
