Description

MAKE UP TO $24 PER HOUR BASED ON YOUR DRIVE AND PERFORMANCE!  THIS IS A FULL-TIME (40 HOUR WORKWEEK) POSITION.

BDC Outbound Loyalty Specialists call, text and email our current customers to inform them about promotions, bonus cash offers and other upgrades they may qualify for --This is not a sales position.If you’re a self-starter, motivated to control your own paycheck, Billion Auto’s Business Development Outbound team has the perfect opportunity for you.

 

This position pays up to $24 per hour, based on your performance.  This position allows you to set your own schedule - variable shifts Monday-Saturday.  This is a full-time (40 hour workweek) position.

Responsibilities

  • Make 120-150 outbound calls per shift.

  • Send 50-80 templated emails per shift.

  • Call, text, and email past customers about current offers andpromotions they may qualify for.

  • Set sales appointments for customers with sales advisor.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Great time management skills

  • Ability to think on your feet.

  • Call center, business development or customerservice experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong verbal, written and typing skills.
