U.S. Bank Branch IT Support Manager in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch IT Support Manager with management and multiple site support experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
Manages technology support, scheduling, operations, and auxiliary IT functions for multiple major sites across geographical locations.
Manages Site Managers as direct reports. Manages staff of up to 30 employees with recommendations of hires, transfers, terminations, salary adjustments, performance, and reviews.
Controls and monitors moderate to large project/product budgets.
Manages evaluation of equipment and facility requirements and develops long-range plans to accommodate future needs.
Manages the planning, scheduling, and deployment of all hardware facilities and associated software.
Manages provisioning of technical support, consulting, and problem resolution activities for major or multiple sites.
Manages technology support, scheduling, operations, and auxiliary IT functions for a major site, multiple sites, and distributed team.
Coordinates support of all IT-related activities and initiatives at large or multiple business sites or facilities.
Provides support to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology-related activities.
Ensures adherence to policies, plans, objectives, budgets, and staffing allocations for the assigned sites.
Works with business and IT managers to define and deliver required service levels.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 10 years experience with managing technology support, scheduling, operations, and auxiliary IT functions for a major site or multiple sites.
Working experience in:

Extensive experience in:
