In addition to managing, you will be responsible to perform teller transactions, open accounts, underwrite loans, service accounts and other responsibilities including, but not limited to:Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff and be responsible for the daily supervision of all branch personnel.Responsible for the successful overall operation of the branch. To include, but no limited to: providing quality member services, profitability, and quality of demand and loan portfolio.Manage the security and safety of the building and personnel, with responsibility to analyze security and safety policies and procedures and to ensure proper maintenance of security equipment and branch, and to alert staff of any changes.Work directly with the Branch Services Manager and other department supervisors regarding achievement of goals and action plans as well as policy and procedural changes pertaining to the credit unionis current and future needs.Monitor office activity, including transaction, volumes, errors, sales and new account. Serve as senior underwriter for loans not approved via the auto-decision model for both consumer and indirect loans.Other duties and projects as assigned by the Branch Services Manager.Supervisory Responsibilities:i Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in each department within their branch. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Directly supervises many non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Qualifications: An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bacheloris degree from a 4-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
