Fiserv Business Development - Client Business Executive in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Position Description

What does an outstanding Business Development – Client Business Executive do?

In this role, you’re a trusted adviser to our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) clients ensuring client satisfaction and retention by maintaining overall quality of multiple products and services. You’ll serve as the “go to” person for both external and internal customers and business leaders throughout the organization. You will provide executive level reporting on Fiserv performance as it relates to cross-sells and additional products and services which maximize both client and Fiserv profitability. Your deep product knowledge will help you develop solutions to market challenges, lead business development efforts for all client specific activities and services and break down barriers when necessary to assure quality products and services are provided. You will also, institute remedial actions when appropriate to control and eliminate Fiserv and client liability. In addition, you will be responsible for negotiation of client contracts to include renewal effort as well as cross-sell of additional products and services.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible industry experience working with ISO’s and Merchant Services in a customer facing role.

  • Experience with both the business development and account management side of sales.

Travel required :

  • 10% Percentage/frequency of travel
