U.S. Bank Commercialization Manager, Integrated Partner Services in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

This position supports the revenue growth of our Integrated Partner Division at Elavon, requiring creativity and the willingness to work both independently and in a team setting to maximize our partner relationships and grow revenue. The Commercialization Manager is responsible for facilitating the integration of our payment partners into the sales, relationship management, support, implementation, marketing, product and other divisions. This includes working with the above mentioned divisions of Elavon and the Partner to ensure we can activate the partnership and effectively market and sell the solution to our existing and potential customers. Additionally, the role defines and documents the process of implementing partnerships and provides a roadmap through various created documents, both internal and external, to educate and level set expectations. Strong collaboration and project management skills are required as this position works with several other department stakeholders and requires attention to detail to ensure all critical steps are considered and executed.

Additional Requirements Include:

  • Identify strategic opportunities and create standardized processes to commercialize integrated partners

  • Build reporting to track growth and profitability of each Partner

  • Provide partner focused training and support to the RM, BD Operations and Support divisions

  • Create and implement Partner and Customer (merchant) training programs and documentation

  • Payments Experience desired

  • Marketing and/or Project management experience desired


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of experience in customer or partner management or interaction

  • Ability to travel when necessary (not anticipated to exceed 15% annually)

Preferred Skills/Experience/Location:

  • Thorough knowledge of Partner management

  • Knowledge of VARs, Elavon acquiring, safe-t (encryption, tokenization), Fusebox and Converge

  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Prior training or meeting facilitation experience

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Primary preferred locations: Largo, Atlanta, Knoxville and Denver
