Support in the review, reporting and management of contractual documents and vendor relations for construction, utility pole contracts, tower management, spectrum and other construction permitting and documentation.
Develop, manage and maintain comprehensive contract filing system to ensure all records are complete, meet compliance requirements, are up to date, and include all originalcontracts, relevant correspondence, amendments, certificates of insurance and renewal information.
Create and manage contract operations, plans and output including but not limited to; ensuring all contracts and agreements are appropriately filed and meet all deadlinesand requirements.
Define, document, analyze, and improve core construction business processes to ensure best practices and to meet regulatory compliance requirements.
Collect data and successfully analyze complex data sets and produce and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy andprofessionalism.
Develop, generate and maintain construction related metrics and reports for construction management.
Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts as required and on a timely basis.
Upon contract review, understand and communicate potential risks that may negatively impact the results or successful completion of a project to the Director of ConstructionPlanning and Policy, VP of Field Operations and the COO in the contract environment and the impact on our business.
Work with the legal team to resolve contract discrepancies.
Assist with management for GIS data for towers, wireless and spectrum.
Support the creation, implementation and management of contractual policies and processes.
Review and reconcile vendor invoices and statements to contract terms and conditions, POs, inventory, services, and supplies to ensure accuracy in payment.
Serve as the point of contact for general inquirers regarding contracts, claim payment, service needs and reporting.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Adhere to Midco’s privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy is protected.
Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide detailed record keeping.
Deploy strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels and departments throughout the organization.
Ability to multi task, prioritize, be flexible and independent with fluctuating workloads.
Perform confidential administrative duties (photocopy, fax, filing, mail, invoice payments, expense reporting, preparing agendas, etc.) Manage the Outlook calendar by coordinatingshort and long-term meetings and appointments.
Participate in and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Understand project management and the ability to apply it in practice.
Support the mission, vision, and values of Midco and the executive team.
Function as an effective team member; support the efforts and concepts of other departments including, but not limited to: Sales, Engineering, Construction, Marketing, FieldOperations, Technology and Central Operations.
Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions.
Actively follow Midco policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Paralegal strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar area required.
Three to five years of related experience required.
Possess knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved with contract work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
High level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Access, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other software preferred.
Experience in the Telecommunications industry is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 30 lbs.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
