Spherion Staffing Customer Service Level 2 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Spherion Staffing is looking for temporary candidates with 2-3 years of TOP NOTCH customer service experience for the role of Customer Service Level 2. This position supports the Complaint Office by handling disputes concerning consumer accounts. Qualified applicants must have 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry and proven 2-3 years of TOP NOTCH customer service skills. This position also requires the ability to show empathy and the ability to work multiple systems at a time Schedule: Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7am-5pm (8 hr shift)Assignment length 2-3 months Pay $15.50/hourResponsibilities:Responsible for supporting complaint resolution cases working customer escalated complaints for customerResponsible for following up on older cases and getting started on new cases As they receive new complaints - this team is to investigate the concern, reach out to the customer to get up to speed on the issue, review their expectations, let them know you will get started, provide a timeline on when you will get back in touch and ultimately remediate their concernIn this role it is important that you work through the situation with the customer without being accusatory -build the relationship, understand what is wrong, what impact is this having on the customer, look at the issue objectively, consider all options for the customerWill be using various systems to gather case work and conduct researchHeavy documentation required for all calls/conversations/casesRequirements:2-3 years of + TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE in a financial industryStrong analytical skillsAbility to maneuver between various systems and screensMust be able to show empathy in writing and speaking to customersCommunication skills, organization, time management and ability to multitaskAbility to work independently and self-manage workload to meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and high quality of workBusiness writing is important - Will require a writing assessment
