About our Business Unit: Bank Solutions delivers technology products and services for community, regional and large financial institutions, whether they process in-house or through an outsourced service center. This group is responsible for product management and development, service delivery and client support related to the Fiserv bank platforms – Premier, Precision, Cleartouch and Signature. Each comprehensive suite helps clients improve customer service and streamline back-office operations by providing mission-critical banking functionality while also serving as a delivery channel for an array of other advanced, value-adding Fiserv solutions.

Peers: Business Process Manager, Originate Implementation Analysts, Technical and Project Management

Essential Job Responsibilities :
Perform software installations and training for Fiserv’s clients via onsite trips and web based contact channels. Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates and product implementation services. Thoroughly track, organize and document all product implementation related activities. Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices. Travel is required. Perform other duties as assigned. Be available for occasional night and weekend projects Performs other duties as required.

High School Diploma Required
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science and/or related field required.
Equivalent work experience may be substituted.
Supervisory/Management experience required: No
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of direct customer service preferred
Financial industry, especially new account opening experience is beneficial
Knowledge of FISERV products and systems is a major plus.
Travel Required : Up to 40% Travel
