A nationally recognized company in the metro area is looking for a Loan Document Specialist to work at their company. The individual in this role will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation review on moderately complex to complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products.? Functions include but are not limited to the following : - Document review, income, disclosures, checking signatures, dates, and auditing - Interpreting policies while analyzing documentation and subsequent follow ups - Review of collateral documentation for mortgage loans. The review is all done on a computer using electronic system - Data Entry ? This is a heads down document review position.? Candidates must feel comfortable working in a quiet work environment.? Along with dual screen monitors. Must have strong excel skills and very high attention to detail. *All applicants must undergo background check and assessment prior to interviewing
