Job Description PrideStaff is seeking a career-driven, enthusiastic Account Manager to join our newest location in Sioux Falls.We are looking for someone with a desire to build relationships with clients and generate sales to contribute to the storeis overall success with revenue growth and profitability.What is the basic purpose of the job?Generate temporary service sales by developing new client relationships.Meet predefined goals in the areas of sales, gross margin, and profit.Introduce and foster a relationship with the new client order placer and the inside team.Maintain relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high potential accounts. Critical skills, experience, and personality traits needed for the job: * Develop new client sales * Develop leads for temporary usage. * Qualify leads. ID potential targets. * Develop Sales Plans for each marketing opportunity. * Enter targets through coach development.Develop relationships with all levels of buyers at target companies.Sales process: identification and focus on the targetis business problems leading to the solutions we provide.Make calls to develop leads, qualify targets, conduct research, set visits and follow up to include the next steps in the marketing process.Visits conducted to include: completion of a client profile, action plan development, coach development, quality assessment, continuous improvement, assignment development, project management, service team intro, a tour of facilities, performance review, and planning.As a part of the team, assist in filling jobs and interviewing when needed. Job Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: i BA is preferred but can be substituted for a similar experience. i GED or H.S. Diploma is required. i Valid driveris license i Satisfactory computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, and email software. Ability to type 30 WPM. i Three plus years of experience in outside sales, ideally in the temporary staffing business. i Experience selling to all levels of staff at corporate clients. i Excellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: 32K to 36K plus commission.Benefits:
