Job Summary

The Product Go-To-Market Specialist is responsible for working collaboratively with the defined Line of Business (LOB) Product Managers, Sales & Retention, Product Strategy, Growth Analyst, and Marketing teams to effectively communicate product information and benefits of Sanford Health Plan to existing clients and the market. This individual will be responsible for configuring Salesforce modules for ongoing edits and annual product updates. Develop positive relationships with internal departments to drive collaboration and smooth transitions of products throughout its go-to-market strategy. Works with marketing to manage target market personas based on business research and feedback. Assists with development of marketing collateral and tools to enhance our market position and develop customer-facing product messaging that differentiates Sanford Health Plan in the market.

Build and maintain quoting, enrollment, and broker tools through Salesforce and documents to support go-to-market product strategies.

Work with broker sales, account executives, and internal sales to communicate value proposition and positioning to client and member facing teams and develop sales tools that support the selling process (sales presentations decks, product dossiers, proposals, ROI sales sheets, etc.)

Work with marketing to develop product communication content (website copy, blog posts, landing pages, content pieces, etc.) to articulate the benefits of our products.

Manage and assist to update client-facing documentation provided by Account Executives.

Lead in collaboration with marketing and operation teams the launch of new products and enhancement releases. Identify appropriate communication channels for product launches and product enhancements. Provide client-facing teams (sales, client management, customer service, etc.) talking points to engage in dialogue and pursue sales strategy with new products.

Collaborate with product teams on user research, utilization data, and testing.

Support Product Strategy and Growth Analyst with client-facing surveys and interview to support our product strategy.

Maintain product documentation including guidelines, how-to references and resources

Qualifications

Associate degree in business, sales, or related field required. In lieu of a degree two (2) years’ experience in a directly related field may be considered.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in health insurance, health plan administration, health care, benefit administration, or benefit policy experience. Existing Salesforce experience preferred.

Salesforce Administrator designation a plus. Candidate will be required to obtain designation within 12 months of hire date at Sanford Health Plan's expense
