Avera Marshall Research Assistant in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
JOB SUMMARY: Under specific direction, assists other research investigators by performing basic research and experimentation following established protocols. Basic level knowledge of laboratory procedures is required, as well as time management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Works under close supervision of one or more senior researchers with little or no latitude for independent judgment. This position will work directly with research participants, including children.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
6 months to one year of related lab experience. Acceptable experience may include college lab courses.
6 months to one year of experience interacting with children in a professional setting is preferred. CREDENTIAL/LICENSURE:
Requires a valid Driver’s License
