Responsible for creating / modifying construction documents directly from information submitted on a client’s customer selection sheet, repeated from previous jobs, or from information developed by a Residential Designer II or Residential Design Manager.

  • Confers with client, technical staff and other Design Services personnel, and prepares design modifications as required.

  • Create multiple design solutions for specific areas of home design. (i.e.: Kitchen and bathroom design).

Requires an Associate’s degree from two-year college or technical school and six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
