Volunteers of America, Dakotas' CHOICES is seeking a dynamic individual with proven leadership skills to work as a Residential Supervisor, serving people with disabilities in a group home setting.Requirements: Two years of education and/or experience in supervisory position and/or human services field. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Excellent communication skills, management, problem solving, and coordinative abilities. iPrimary responsibilities for a Direct Support Professional: Manages physical and financial resources within the assigned residence. Provide supervision and ongoing support of direct support professionals. Develop staff schedule to ensure residential coverage.Plans and facilitates employee meetings and employee performance reviews. Assist with the implementation of Individual Service Plans and treatment plans for participants. Ensure participants' monies are spent on their behalf and within individual budgets.
