Are you ready to be part of the world's largest humanitarian network?Job Description:The Implementation Manager will support the future growth and development of the Authorized Provider/Licensed Training Provider channel by providing ongoing customer service through support to increase customer loyalty, longevity, and revenue generation.This role is responsible for ensuring, that new AP/LTP customers are successfully onboarded to Red Cross policies, procedures, and curriculum. Onboarding is vital to our new AP/LTP customers and will include facilitating instructor bridging, training on Red Cross Systems, and providing a point of contact for operational questions and issues. Partners with Sales Executive on overall client support and strategy.Responsibilities:Onboarding: Develops and implements a customized cross over plan based on customer profile including number of instructors, current curriculum used, overall Red Cross expectations. This will include instructor bridging and/or training, RCLC training, process training and conducting onboarding sessions that include new product training and system trainings. Ensures that high quality training will be delivered and shows instructors where to find commonly needed resources such as how-to videos and templatesInstructor Bridging: Provides AP/LTP Support to ensure all partner instructors are appropriately bridged to American Red Cross Standards. Ensure candidates have their valid certs from an equivalent training organization and have filled their Instructor Candidate Template. Review templates and create profile and enroll candidate in a bridge course. This may also include arranging group training for partners. Ensures credentialing of all instructors by monitoring progress of instructor paperwork and providing partner appropriate feedback. Implement ongoing loop for customer feedback.Red Cross Learning Center: Trains partners on use of Red Cross Learning Center that includes Course Record Entry and payment. Certification management to ensure instructors are current and renewed as per Red Cross instructor standards. Provide tips on reporting for analytics and analysis. Instructor Management that includes adding and removing instructors from a customer's RCLC profile. Assists in explanation and usage of the Class Posting Service (CPS).Quality Assurance: Ensures that proper ARC protocols are followed to protect the organization's customers and staff who participate in Training Services activities, e.g. class ratio, adequate adult supervision for youth courses.Resource Management: Recommends investments in technology, capital, equipment systems or other assets that will improve the quality of the delivery of Training Services. Acquires data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems. Uncovers root causes to difficult problems. Evaluates pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options.Tech Savvy: Anticipates the impact of emerging technologies and makes adjustments. Scans the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. Rejects low-impact or fad technologies. Readily learns and adopts new technologies.Communications: Engages in regular communications with partner leadership and Training Services leadership. Engages in regular communications with partners regarding programmatic changes and quality management issues.
