We are looking for a Surety Product Implementation Specialist to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD! In this role, you will be responsible for:
Under the direction of management, research and create new product records for entry into product database and policy administration systems.
Proactively investigate product changes and updates associated with specific product records and product forms to ensure timely maintenance of the existing product.
Procure all product forms, publish forms to the internal library, and execute the form mapping process for all new and updated product forms.
Create and maintain product implementation and product maintenance IT tickets; including but not limited to coordinating with IT resources to determine a delivery schedule and monitoring the process from end to end.
Provide status reports of product implementation activities to management at required intervals.
Review marketing materials periodically to ensure all product information is accurate and up to date. Coordinate with Management and Marketing to make required revisions and publish updated documents.
Coordinate with Management and Marketing to publish and maintain all content on internal and external product pages.
HS Degree or equivalent. College Degree in Business or Information Technology Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Three (3) plus years industry experience
