JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies with hiring managers including sourcing candidates from a variety of resources, abiding by labor law regulations and hiring the best possible talent. Provides training and assistance of the hiring process and assist with any employee relation issues as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business or related field or two to three years of Human Resources experience required. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Dakota preferred.
