TAK Communications Inc., a national leader in the communications service and solutions industry, is seeking aVice President of Human Resources/CHRO, who will provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization and Human Resources department. This role will drive key initiatives around staffing, retention, culture, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement for a team member base of 2500+.
TAK is growing 40+% per year and is on track to double the size of our business in the next 3 years. We are looking for a senior HR executive capable of implementing critical HR initiatives in TAK’s entrepreneurial environment, and an HR leader who can do so in a high growth entity with a focus on our family-oriented culture and team member success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Participates in the development of organizational plans and programs as a strategic business partner with a people-focused mindset; effectively translates strategic and tactical business plans into HR operational programs.
Lead talent acquisition programs to attract, engage and hire diverse top talent including developing a strong pipeline for future hires, workforce planning, branding, interview training, and partnering with hiring managers
Oversee all total rewards programs and processes, including the planning and implementation of annual salary reviews, benefits, 401k, incentive programs, benefits, and wellness programs.
Develops human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps and develops specific programs to fill identified gaps.
Drives talent management strategy for the company through succession planning programs for key contributor and management positions, training and development programs that prepare employees for more significant responsibilities.
Develops and leads leadership development programs throughout the organization from executive leadership to front line field supervisors.
Develops appropriate policies and programs for effective management of people resources; including, but not limited to employee relations, sexual harassment, employee complaints, external education, and career development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in a closely related field is required, an MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant executive experience in progressively senior HR roles is required.

Proven experience developing or creating a best-in-class HR function preferred.
