    Real W o r ld Resp o n s ibili t i e s :

    Potential intern projects include:

  • Support Early Talent Program including planning intern events, registering for Fall career fairs, ordering career fair display and giveaway items, and other coordination of the program

  • Improve current new hire onboarding experience through researching best practices

  • Assist with the recruitment/selection processes for Production Team Members, Team Leaders, Group Leaders, and Professional positions

  • Review resumes, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, drug screens, and reference checks.

  • Learn how to conduct behavioral-based interviews and assessments for Team Members, Team Leaders, and Group Leaders

  • Assists with conducting, coordinating and leading orientation for new Team Members

  • Assist with other duties and/or projects as needed

    Must haves:

  • Pursing a degree in human resources, psychology, business, or similar field

  • Availability to work in Watertown, SD for summer months full-time (40hrs/wk)

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources

  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time

    Nice to haves:

  • MS Excel and PowerPoint experience

  • Positive and energetic
